What u all think abt these things abt girls?

As we all know girls r more open in all things especially in dresses ,but some r still traditional remain in ghunghat and some wear sarees,salwarsuits and some really wear extramodern dress like short top,miniskirt,shoulderless dresses.I want to ask girls who wear ultramodern dresses are doing sin or are less cultured than traditional girls in eyes of ppl and god.
