Illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in Illinois?

If you were not driving or in custody or control of a parked vehicle, your drivers license is probably safe. However, you admitted to consumption of alcohol, and your "I'll think about it" DOES amount to a refusal. If you are under age 21, I think you are probably in very big trouble, and yes, you need an attorney. A "spotless record" is not going to get you off this one.
