What exactly am i looking at?

So me andante friend were walking along railroad tracks looking for railroad ties on order to sell them as scrap. What we didnt know is that that's trespassing and theft. I used to do is a child with my grandma so I had no idea. After we got caught by police he asked to see my registration for my truck. When I opened the door he peeked his head in and smelled weed. I didn't smoke that day on account of I just got wisdom teeth out. My friend smoked a bowl while we were walking the tracks and the leftover smell just stunk up the car from how hot it was that day. They ended up finding 2 bowls and about 2 grams. The cop was kinda cool and said we'll get 1 of 2 things in the mail. Either 2 citations for disorderly conduct and trespassing or one for trespassing and the misdemeanor for small possession. This happened in PA and I'm 19. Me and my friend are just good college students who never got in trouble for anything. I'm very afraid that with the system PA has we'll get a mark on our record for something so insignificant. Because in reality we all know weed will be decriminalized in PA eventually.
