Could Someone Give Me a Basic Synopsis of "Looking For Alaska" by John Green?

I loved paper towns, but I just cannot get into Looking for Alaska. So could someone at least give me a synopsis of it, i.e characters, setting, themes? I would REALLY appreciate this!!!!!
