Can someone please define Grease character: Kenickie?

I'm currently doing an assignment for drama at school, and as part of the assessment, I have to come up with a character synopsis for the character Kenickie. Can anybody help me out here please? just like who he i, what is significant about him, his relationships with other characters etc
