Atheists are accused of not "wanting" to believe in the Christian god to get out of "judgement"?

According to the bible, Jesus said during his Sermon on the Mount, that we need to forgive others in order for God to forgive us. It's not believing that is important. It is forgiveness. Many "Christians" like to skip over that part.
