Probation Violation for Underage Drinking , Please Help!?

i imagine the terms of your probation were stay out of trouble, period. you didn't. hence the violation of probation charge you will be facing. even though the charges (motorcycle) were dropped, you still messed up. if i was the judge, i'd let you go, but i'm not. my best guess would be that you will face additional probation (1-2 years) and more community service hours (50-100.) can't imagine you'd get any jail time. a lot is going to depend on what you could have gotten instead of probation on your original charge. get yourself a lawyer and good luck.
