How to beat a no possession of drivers license and noise violation citation?

I was driving to cool off after a slight altercation at my house had gone violent. I was pulled over in Rock Hill, SC and charged with no possession of a drivers license ($237.50) and a violation of the noise ordinance ($330.00). I had stormed out of my house to avoid the situation escalating any more as I was the one struck, nothing major just family squabble but could have gotten worse. I did not have time to grab my license that is why i mention this all. Can anyone out there help? I'm going to be a college freshman and can no way pay these fines as I'm working for minimum wage at the mall. Thank you for any help you can give!
