Of course you can visit Wong Tai Sin Temple. As for "yau kau pit ying", I think that's impossible. Do you mean to ask if you pray for $10 million and expect the wish be granted just like that? Many people go there to "kau cheem", shaking the jar with sticks until one falls out and have the prophecy interpreted by fortune tellers. This is a little bit more "reliable", and don't ask me why.
